Kick off 2013 in a big way! Bryan Kest is bringing his Original Power Yoga to YOU in this invigorating, dynamic Master Class. The class is a well-rounded flowing asana practice integrating mental practices that enhance everyday living and is intended help you develop a calm, less reactive state of mind. In a Power Yoga workshop, you are encouraged to focus on the process and not the end result. This allows ALL levels of yoga practitioners to enjoy the benefit from the workshop.

Sarah Powers ~ Insight Yoga: Yin/Yang Yoga and Mindfulness
A rare treat in SoCal, Sarah graciously joins us to share her Insight Yoga with the You and the Mat community. In this workshop, Sarah will provide an atmosphere for balancing the body, heart and mind through active and receptive yoga poses, as well as offering teachings on Mindfulness meditation so that we can deepen or develop a skillful and committed meditation practice. Incorporating a daily yoga and meditation practice into our life keeps us attuned to the importance of living ordinary moments with awareness. Nevertheless, even the most dedicated practitioners hit plateaus and need opportunities to become re-inspired.
